Export to Excel - Can't find results

I'm using SQLDBX both Personal and Professional (use personal at home and professional at work) and I can't get the Export to Excel portion to work.  I'm using version 4.8 on Windows Server 2008 R2 connecting to a DB2 database.  I click on the Export to Excel option and it doesn't give me any option on where to save it, or anything for that matter after I click the export option.  I can export to CSV, but some of the numerical values are incorrect.  I'm trying to export 52k rows with 22 columns in the table (so copy and paste isn't an option). 

Can anyone point me into the right direction on how to get the export to excel to work?  Thanks.

When you select export to Excel you should see Excel window with results.
Do you see Excel window? Any errors?
Can you give examples of incorrect values when exporting to CSV

Question for Admin: Do you need to have EXCEL installed on your computer in order to do export to EXCEL? Will it just create a csv file if you do not have EXCEL?

Yes, you need Excel installed in order to be able to export to Excel.
Export to Excel has nothing to do with csv file.
Save to csv file is a separate option.
