Miliseconds in DB2

How can I view the results of timestamp feild with milliseconds.

('2002-10-20-12.00.00.000000')

Go to Options->Results and check "Do not use Date format for Timestamps".
Rerun your query.
Also you can change time format to "hh:mm:ss.fff"
