Does SqlDbx support exporting to a fixed width txt format? If so, how do I need to configure the settings to do so?

SqlDbx does not support export to fixed width text format.
The only thing you can do is to copy results with column
text aligned. Select area in Results Grid right click and select menu
item Copy Special->Copy As Text
