Very long time connection to a Oracle 11g

When I connect to my Oracle 11g database (Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit) SQLDBX take 30 minutes or more to conclude. There is no problem about exection of regular queries. The main problem is connection time only. The principal query executed during SQLDBX connection take 30 seconds approx., what don´t explain the time to up the application. There any way to fix this ?
