When I'm writing a query with COUNT() the Intellisense always defaults me to COUNT_BIG and I then have to fight it to get back to COUNT(). I have also found in SQL Server the keyword PIVOT doesn't highlight. So my suggestion is a user configurable keyword file and some settings so the Intellisense provides words suitable for the RDBMS it's connected to. I'm fine with manually setting where I'm at but having it figure it out from the connection would be awesome.

Keywords and functions are connection specific.
May be in the future we will add custom keywords.
Right now they can be kind of emulated by using Speed Typing.
Also it looks like we do have a bug in how we manage Intellisense.
This issue will be addressed in the next release.
