SqlDbx connection to mainframe IDB DB2 is not supported in Personal Edition.
You will have to request evaluation version of SqlDbx Pro.

I need to understand how SQLDBX connect with IBM DB2 in ZOS.
The product version isn't a problem.

SqlDbx uses native DB2 CLI interface to connect to DB2 on zOS database.
