A new release soon?

Hi SqlDbx people.

It has been more than eight months since the last update. Do you have plans to release a new version soon?

Thank you.

Re: A new release soon?

Hi SQLDbx Team.

We have a year since the last update. My current license expires in November 2018. I just want to know if the support and new releases still running, because if there are no upgrades, I won't renew my license. I'm a big supporter of this app; I used it every day. However, there is no point to pay for nothing.

Please don't interpret my words wrong. I asked if there will be a new update more than four months ago, and the answer is here. I am still waiting for the end of the year upgrade.

Thanks for keep running this fantastic app.

Cheers,

Re: A new release soon?

Yes. There will be update in a next 30 days.
We received very few minor bug reports over last year, so we did not see reason to release update.
Now we do have couple of outstanding requests to address certain issues.
Our licenses is perpetual and never expire, so if everything woks for you,  then you don't need to pay for anything.
If you do have issues we will like to hear about them

Re: A new release soon?

My update period ended in 2015 and I was considering updating.

However:

1. I'm wondering if SQLDbx is even supported any longer. The website and blogs have been neglected for quite some time, and the last promised update never happened.
2. You mentioned perpetual licenses - I didn't have one and your order page still suggests a 1 one year license. I'm confused.

P.S. I don't understand why SQLDbx isn't more popular - it's the best SQL IDE I've ever found.

Thanks.

Re: A new release soon?

SqlDbx is supported an will be for a long time.
Right now it's pretty mature product with very few minor issues reported.
License is perpetual and never expires.
Support and updates included for the first year.
