Timestamp is generated always as not null

I am using SqlDbx since 2015, I found first issue ...
Value from SYS.COLUMN.nulls column is not taken into consideration when scripting a table for timestamp type. I tired in IQ 15.4 and IQ 16.0.
Generated ddl has always plain timestamp type(not null).

Any chance to fix it?
