Possible bug with row limit setting in 3.31

There’s a bug in Version 3.31.

I ran it first time today and immediately saw that the row limit setting doesn’t work.  I returned to Version 3.29 and it works fine with my row limit set to 1000.

The behavior of row limit setting in version 3.31 changed.
Now the row limit value set in Options->Results applied only
when  toolbar button "Limit Row number" (located before execute button)
is in pressed state
