Intellisence can't show system procedures in version 3.28. even the "Include system Procedures" checkbox is checked under Intellisence options.

Your right it's a bug. Couple of small issues surfaced since 3.28 release, so
we will be updating SqlDbx in a next couple of days and this issue will be fixed.
For now it works only if you type EXEC proc_name.

Yes, but this time it shows system procedures whether "Include system Procedures" checkbox is checked or not.

It's probably a little confusing but this is how it works.
"Include System Procedures" setting is used when you type for example
EXEC and then space.
If you start typing then setting "Enable Auto Complete For" takes effect. So if you
do not want see system objects then you can uncheck "System Objects" checkbox.
