Execute SQL block where the cursor is located

Hi all!

The ability to run the query in which is simply located the cursor (e.g. shortcut F9) would be a really useful feature.
Other well known SQL editors have it.

Finally! It was proposed several releases ago but never implemented.
Doing Ctrl+Shift+B before clicking GO is so inconvenient
