Bug in Script Create

I'm trying to do a righ click on a table and execute "Script CREATE" in "production" mode of Oracle 9I
The only thing I'm getting is one line -- DROP TABLE owner.name CASCADE CONSTRAINTS;

When i uncheck "production" mode then it works

I undertsand that in "production" mode DDL operations are blocked, but why generations of  scripts also not allowed ?

We are not able to reproduce this behavior.
There's no reason to disable script generation when "production" mode is on.
