BUG? Import dialog is not shown in Personal edition

Hi,
I was trying to export data from one environment to another when I found this issue.

It went well to export data from a table using "Export Data To\File (csv, xml, html)..".
When I tried to import the file by right click in the tree "Import Data FromFile (csv, xml, html)..." no dialog is shown.
Same behavior in version 4.4 and 4.4.1.

Is this by design?

This feature is not supported in Personal Edition

Ok, then the menu item should not be enabled at all.
