I do not have Oracle client installed on my Win 10 computer and use Instant Client
My tnsnames.ora file is in MyDocuments
How can I specify where it is located?
So far I'm getting "tnsnames.ora not found" when try to create a new connection
Specifying additional Oracle Homes in settings does not help.
