I live in Europe, and the rules for DST did not change in 2007, as they did in the States. This means that today, USA are on DST, but here in Central Europe we are still in CET.
In the forum configuration, I marked the checkbox for "Use DST", and now the time on my posts is one hour ahead, because the rule applied does not take into consideration the timezone.
I think that this is a problem of the PunBB layer, but maybe it's only a problem of configuration of the server, and can be fixed...
