Topic: Result Tab
It would be nice if I could relate a script tab with a result tab. So, when I switch from script tab1 to script tab2, the results tab would change automatically from result1 to result2.

You can relate script tab with results.
Go to Options->Results and uncheck "Multiple Result Tabs".
Restart.
