Import data from Excel

Hello,
Since a few days ago I see disabled the option: "Import data from -> Excel", that is, I can not import data from Excel.
Yes I can export.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I have version 5.11

There are two ways first if you want to import all excel file with header names in a new table and other if you want to append data in existing table data without header names.

This method worked for me, the method of inserting records from excel with the headers in the columns. But from one day to the next it stopped working, I tried reinstalling and it did not work either, maybe there is something to configure ...
