DB export from SqlDbx

Hi,
I have a SqlDbx client that is connected in ODBC to an Informix DB.
I would proceed to a complete extraction of the database from SqlDbx because I have no access to the Informix DB.
Is possible to create the backup from SqlDbx? Given that there are tables with millions od records, is there any way to extract the data splitting them on the basis for example of the year?
