Import Data from Excel

I'm new to SQLDBX and trying to figure out how to import an excel file that contains Zip code information that is not in my database, but is needed for analysis.

How do I import an excel table so I can use the data in my database queries?

I've tried to follow the instructions but it doesn't seem to be working.

What is not working?
When you select range in Excel do you see it in menu as a choice?
