Option "Rows limit" not work on version 3.31

The option "Rows limit" not work on version 3.31 (return all rows of table).
The option work fine on version 3.30.

The behavior changed in 3.31.

The button "Limit Row number" work fine (but it does not remember the state).

Download latest test version and you can
enable row limit by going to Options->Results and
checking "Row Limit is On" checkbox

A useful feature would be to use the row limit, verify the query is good, and then have an option in the results window to "thanks, now get the rest of the rows".
Also, if the row limit is turned on, it may help to insert a tag at the bottom indicating that the results were stopped at the row-limit, and not because thats all the results there are.
