CTRL+SHIFT+C and CTRL+SHIFT+R

There is some inconsistency:

After applying CTRL+SHIFT+C on selected lines the lines are commented out and the lines stays selected. OK

After applying CTRL+SHIFT+R on selected lines the lines are decommented out and the lines are no longer selected.
The lines should stay selected (for doing other stuff).

Furthermore a suggestion.

for CTRL+SHIFT+C: if no lines selected, comment out the line where the cursor is.

for CTRL+SHIFT+R: if no lines selected, DE-comment out the line where the cursor is (only if it is commented out).

Greets,

Re: CTRL+SHIFT+C and CTRL+SHIFT+R

Oops I tried it in the wrong version. It does work in 3.47 Beta.

Thanks for implementing this.
